2. Leave Personal Troubles Home - Everyone has problems, but they don’t belong at work. Turn your attention and energy entirely to your on-the-job tasks. This will actually be good for you because you’ll get a mental break from your troubles.

3. Create Positive Affirmations - The reason for writing goals for your business is the same as creating positive affirmations on paper. What your eyes see and ears hear, your mind will believe. Try it!
After you’ve written them down, read them aloud to yourself – and do it every morning when you get into work. You’ll be amazed at what happens. Come up with a set of new ones every month. 4. Make Sure Break Times Are Really Break Times - This is an area where most bosses/entrepreneurs fall down. You become so intense about the project or situation you’re working on that you don’t ease up. Thinking that it’ll be solved in the next few seconds, and then you’ll get a cup of coffee can lead you right up to quitting time.

Regularly adhering to a specified break schedule, even if you’re the boss, releases the tension. If you work on a computer this is even a greater problem because before you realize it – you’ve been working in that same position for hours. By “exercise” I don’t mean that you should go out and join a gym and spend your lunch-time, 3-days-a-week there working out.

What is really beneficial and workable is that at those chiming alerts from your computer, get up and walk around your desk or room. Maybe go outside and get the mail and enjoy the sunlight (if you’re an entrepreneur that has a home office), or just get up and do a few stretches.

Concentrated, tense thinking – typing - plotting plans - or whatever your work, makes all those muscles tighten up and knot up. Then when we move we “ooh” and “ouch” because we’ve knotted up into a ball of tension. Periodic stretching, even at our desk, or just getting up and walking over to the window and getting a different view can help.

One of the greatest disservice modern business décor has done to us, is making our offices pristine, sleek, unencumbered spaces. There is nothing more relaxing than getting up from your desk and walking over to a peaceful, serene, seascape or pastoral painting and just drinking it in visually.

Momentarily transporting your mind out of work and into that place does wonders. A few good paintings and less shiny chrome in offices would benefit us all.

"Morgana" è un brano scritto a denti stretti, per nulla politically correct, che inaugura un progetto artistico dai toni forti, senza censure e dietrologie. 

Il singolo d’esordio di Toro, che è autore di testo e melodia, mentre l’arrangiamento è stato realizzato dal producer Jody Baccoucha, si muove sulle sonorità del rock italiano riconoscendo un tributo alla musica dei Litfiba e di Vasco Rossi. 

La canzone è uno sfogo nei confronti di una femme fatale, avvenente e seducente, una mora, alta e formosa, che ha fatto perdere la testa al Toro. Una donna dalla pelle profumata e dai modi ammalianti, un po’ fata e un po’ strega e che idealizza una tipologia di donna sognata e temuta allo stesso tempo.

Toro è un rocker nell’animo, definito “ebbro cantautore” per la sua tendenza a raccontare storie vere, in modo molto diretto e irriverente, a volte anche crudo. “Toro” è un soprannome che nasce nella notte dei tempi, che sintetizza un aspetto peculiare dell’artista: la sua grinta. I hope this article can inspire you to start thinking beyond your "limits." If you follow these steps pretty soon you'll be living a life full of interesting adventures. Unleashing your creative thinking will bring about a new zest for living life.

If you don't practice harnessing creative thinking, this skill will very much atrophy into inexistence. But keep working and this skill will soon come to you in a snap.

So how do you unleash your creative thinking? Well, the first thing is to become a human leech. No, we're not talking about just sucking the blood out of every living being available, we're saying that you should take in as much knowledge and learning you can find.

Read everything available -- good and bad, and keep your mind open to the infinite possibilities of the universe. The more you know, the more you'll want to know, and the more your faculty of wonder will be exercised. Prepare to be amazed at little facts that add a bit of color into your life.

Focus on a creative activity everyday. Yes, it's an effort. Even doodling is a creative activity. Don't let anything hinder you. Mindlessness may be a creative activity, but for people who are just starting out to unleash a little bit of creative thinking in their lives, it is helpful and encouraging to have concrete evidence, that, "hey, what I'm doing is getting somewhere."

So why don't you try it. Practice drawing for a couple of minutes each day. Bring out your old camera and start snapping photos like crazy. Keep a journal and make a point to write in it religiously. Another cool idea is to write by describing something with your five senses. Try to avoid vague adjectives like "marvelous," "amazing," and "delicious".

Embrace insanity. No, not to the point of practically admitting yourself into the mental ward. As John Russell once said, "Sanity calms, but madness is more interesting." Exactly! Every creative thought was once deemed insanity by other "normal" people at one time or another. Luckily, that didn't stop the creative geniuses from standing by them.

The thing is, sanity or being normal confines people to think... well, normally. Withink limits. Creativity is essentially breaking through barriers. Yes, this includes the bizzarre and the downright strange.

I'm not saying that you yourself should develop a creative personality.
That might go haywire. An example of a creative personality would be George Washington, who often rode into battle naked, or James Joyce, who wrote "Dubliners" with beetle juice for an intense fear of ink, or Albert Einstein, who thought his cat was a spy sent by his rival (or in thinking creatively in this case, the term could probably be "archnemesis").

Un brano satirico che prova a non fermarsi alla banale e sterile critica verso la nazione.

«Vivere una vita all’interno di schemi o essere liberi?» Questo è l’interrogativo cardine di questo singolo, una delle grandi questioni della contemporaneità, in cui la seconda opzione sembra essere l’unica possibile.

Cliché è la voglia di aria diversa, nella musica come nella vita di tutti i giorni, negli aspetti politici e negli ideali che rendono l’Italia un enorme luogo comune, nei pregi e nei difetti. Il tutto visto con gli occhi di Alèm, rapper classe 1999. 

Così si compie una divertente presa in giro dell’italiano medio e dell’intrattenimento Made in Italy, seguendo la voglia di ballare e non le regole prestabilite, in un moto di ribellione, che chiede qualcosa in piú. 

 

«I toni allegri del brano nascondono una vena amara, di delusione verso la società e una grande voglia di evasione, cambiamento e rivalsa. È anche un singolo che cerca di uscire dai canoni di un genere musicale, sperimentando e trovando influenze dance e pop rock». Alèm.

Além, nome d’arte di Alessandro Minichino, è nato a Maratea (PZ) il 03 maggio 1999. Vive i primi due anni della sua vita in un piccolo paese della provincia di Salerno ai confini con la Basilicata. È cresciuto e si è formato in Veneto, nella provincia di Belluno. 

Frequenta il liceo artistico a Cortina d’Ampezzo e poi il MITA a Udine. 

A 16 anni col nome d'arte di Ale ice scrive e pubblica un ep, "è solo l'inizio"  (2015) un lavoro prettamente rap. In questo, come in tutti i lavori che seguono, Alessandro cura gli artwork e le cover. Negli anni successivi seguono due mixtape "Equilibrio" (2017), rime dirette e molte riflessioni su un mondo ingiusto nella quale bisogna trovare posto, e "Nirvana" (2018) che include il primo street video, del singolo "Tieni duro" con la regia di Samuele Dalò e successivamente recensito dagli "Arcade Boyz" noti youtuber. L’anno dopo esce “Alessandro” (2019), il suo secondo e ultimo ep col nome d’arte Ale ice: acustico, chitarra e voce, si distacca molto dai lavori precedenti ispirandosi al cantautorato italiano che ascoltava fin da piccolo, in "Nato fuori tempo" il featuring con Simone Da Prà (Oxi).

Nel 2021 sceglie di cambiare nome in “Alèm”, si stacca completamente dai vecchi lavori e lancia il singolo “200 all’ora” unendo al rap influenze rock, punk passando per la trance Music. 

Prodotta da Artigian Studio, “200 all’ora” è una canzone dove si punta all’originalità del genere, contro le catene della società moderna e delle istituzioni scolastiche che reprimono sogni e uniformano i ragazzi. Il 18 febbraio 2022 esce il nuovo singolo “Cliché”.

 Una canzone densa di passione, arricchita da un assolo di synth e un’atmosfera onirica.

Il modo giusto è quel momento che arriva subito dopo aver scelto di buttarsi e agire seguendo il cuore. In quell’istante non si è del tutto consapevoli di averlo fatto e ancora non si è intrapreso un cammino di cambiamento. Il respiro è affannoso, quasi sincopato… la paura è la paura stessa del cambiamento.

Il modo giusto è il momento in cui ci si chiede se davvero si stia facendo la scelta giusta, agendo nel modo corretto anche e soprattutto nei confronti di chi ci circonda, ma senza avere risposte, nemmeno dall’Alto.

“Petricore” è il nome dato all’odore della terra bagnata. L’album contiene 8 tracce,  in cui protagonista è il cuore, nella sua capacità di permeare e lasciarsi attraversare, fondendosi con ciò che lo circonda. 

L’artwork del singolo, come dell’album è realizzato da Clara Daniele, artista visuale la cui ricerca si basa sull’estetica dell'imperfezione.

BIO

Daniela D'Angelo è una cantautrice che scrive da che ha memoria e canta il mondo attraverso i propri occhi, chitarra, voce e canzoni. Dal 2012 al 2017 fa parte della band Distinto, con cui realizza innumerevoli live, un EP e due dischi, di cui scrive testi e musiche. Nel 2018 intraprende un percorso solista che inizialmente la vede impegnata, in aggiunta all'assidua attività live, nella produzione del progetto In DA House, lanciato sul suo canale YouTube, che consiste nella realizzazione di video in presa diretta dall’atmosfera intima e raccolta, in collaborazione con altri cantautori e artisti, nella cornice della propria dimensione domestica. Subito dopo inizia il percorso verso la realizzazione del suo primo album solista, Petricore, con la direzione artistica di Vito Gatto (produzione, elettronica e arrangiamenti), Mamo (batteria, arrangiamenti) e Ivano Rossetti (basso, arrangiamenti). Il disco è stato registrato presso il Recording Studio Adesiva Discografica di Paolo Iafelice da Guido Andreani (Cesare Basile, Afterhours, Verdena, Morgan, Elisa, Vinicio Capossela), che ne ha curato anche il mix.
