Giuliana Cascone, classe 2000 è originaria di Ragusa.

Inizia a prendere lezioni di musica a soli 5 anni, un po’ per gioco e nel 2007 partecipa alla 50° edizione dello Zecchino D’oro con la canzone “Radio criceto 33”, aggiudicandosi il primo posto al televoto e il terzo nella classifica generale. Ha partecipato al programma “Ti Lascio una Canzone” nel 2009, facendo parte di un gruppo chiamato “Le belle bimbe”; a soli 9 anni ha avuto l’opportunità di esibirsi al teatro Ariston di Sanremo e di duettare con Artisti importantissimi come Renato Zero, Lorella Cuccarini, Loretta Goggi e Riccardo Cocciante. Ha partecipato al programma “Io Canto” nel 2013, in squadra con Claudio Cecchetto che l’ha definita “l’impersonificazione del talento” ed ha avuto l’opportunità di duettare con Laura Pausini.

Sempre nello stesso anno è stata selezionata fra i 10 talenti emergenti in Italia al “Festival Show”, cantando a Belluno di fronte a un pubblico di 30 mila persone circa. Nel 2015 si esibisce come ospite al programma di Magalli, “I fatti vostri” su Rai 2. Nel 2018 partecipa alle Blind auditions di The Voice; le parole di Francesco Renga “Sono sicuro che sentiremo parlare di te”. Dopo le varie esperienze televisive inizia a farsi conoscere sul web, in particolare sull’app Tiktok. Oggi il suo account conta circa 240 mila followers e più di un 9 milioni di likes. “Il posto che non c’è” è il primo singolo ufficiale con l’etichetta Kroma Production. Nel 2021 collabora con Angelo Famao col brano “Goodbye” e col rapper catanese L’Elfo con “Insonnia”. Oggi vive a Roma e studia canto pop presso il “Saint Louis College of Music”.

CISCO “Bocche inutili” è il toccante brano nella colonna sonora dell’omonimo film che racconta la vita drammatica di alcune donne ebraiche in un campo di concentramento

Un ricordo profondo di uno dei periodi più bui della storia mondiale

Sulle piattaforme digitali dal 26 gennaio

“Bocche inutili" è il nuovo brano che Cisco ha scritto e firmato per la colonna sonora dell’omonimo film diretto da Claudio Uberti. La pellicola racconta delle condizioni di vita drammatiche di alcune donne ebraiche all’interno di un campo di concentramento, durante la seconda guerra mondiale e il brano è nato in seguito a un invito sul set del cantautore emiliano. La produzione uscirà con la distribuzione nelle sale in concomitanza con le celebrazioni del “Giorno della memoria” il 27 gennaio 2022.

Il brano è arrangiato con suoni folk e tradizionali per ricreare il sound popolare di quel periodo, suonato con chitarre acustiche, fisarmonica e armonica a bocca.

La pellicola è stata registrata a Carpi mentre alcune scene sono state riprese presso l'ex campo di concentramento di Fossoli di Carpi, a circa sei chilometri dal centro modenese. Destinato inizialmente ai militari nemici, nel dicembre del 1943 il sito è trasformato dalla Repubblica Sociale Italiana in campo di concentramento per ebrei. Dal marzo del 1944 diventa campo poliziesco e di transito, utilizzato dalle SS come anticamera dei lager nazisti. Lo scrittore Primo Levi rievoca la sua breve esperienza a Fossoli nelle prime pagine di "Se questo è un uomo" e nella poesia "Tramonto a Fossoli".

Per citarne alcuni: del 2007 è il “Venite a vedere tour”, del dicembre 2009 è il tour “'40 anni, storie di Ramblers, d'innocenza, d'esperienza in una formazione inedita insieme a Giovanni Rubbiani e Alberto Cottica, tutti e tre ex Modena City Ramblers; del 2014 è il tour “Oh Belli Ciao” di presentazione dell'autobiografia romanzata scritta a quattro mani con l'amico Carlo Albè che lo accompagna sul palco in uno spettacolo di musica e parole. Nell’autunno-inverno del 2016 c’è una mini tournée de “I Dinosauri” a seguito dell’uscita dell’album omonimo con i due amici ex Ramblers. Tra la fine del 2017 e i primi mesi del 2018 Cisco è impegnato in un fortunato tour teatrale che lo vede sul palco a proporre i suoi pezzi che meglio si prestano alle melodie “in acustico” assieme alle trombe di Simone Copellini e alle chitarre di Max Frignani.

Nell’autunno 2018 è nuovamente nei teatri italiani a fianco dello scrittore Carlo Albè con lo spettacolo di teatro-canzone dal titolo “Adda Venì Baffone”.

È dell’autunno-inverno 2019 la nuova avventura sul palco di teatri e club di tutt’Italia “Combat Folk Tour”, progetto musicale nato per festeggiare la maggiore età del disco “Novecento”, pubblicato da Cisco e la Casa del Vento nel 2001, assieme a lui sul palco Luca Lanzi, musicista e cantante della Casa Del Vento, e Francesco “Fry” Moneti, violinista dei MCR.

Impossibile non citare l’esibizione al Concerto del Primo Maggio a Roma nel 2009, da solo col suo bodhrán davanti ad un pubblico di 800 mila persone.

Cisco ha inoltre collaborato in spettacoli e concerti con: la Casa del vento, Ginevra Di Marco, la Bandabardò, le Mondine di Novi, i Nomadi, Giulio Cavalli e il “The Liberation Project ideato da Dan Chiorboli insieme a Phil Manzanera (Chitarrista dei Roxy Music).

Durante tutto il periodo del primo lockdown della pandemia, tra marzo e maggio 2020, si collega attraverso i suoi canali social di Facebook e Instagram, quasi quotidianamente regalando “Le canzoni dalla soffitta”, brani tratti dal suo repertorio e alcune cover, in acustico, voce e chitarra, ottenendo uno straordinario numero di visualizzazioni e contatti.

Management can also purchase videos, books, and seminar packages to assist them in building up their organization into a team worthy of belonging. A little later I will give you some ideas of where you can go for information on these team-building tools.

2. The truth about motivation is waiting to be grasped! It is ripe and ready for you to put into action today. Don't settle for mind-numbing gibberish. Get practical in 3 small ways to begin looking forward to your alarm clock sounding off each morning before you huddle with the team.

3. Experience is the best thing despite of what course you graduated in. There is something about being a people person who knows how to stir the energetic side of one individual, and more so when you mix it up with an entire team.

4. To question a person by his or her performance is sometimes required, but never question their knowledge or their intelligence. Sadly, I have seen a few mistakes from past coaches who never seem to understand what a player has to go through to get the job right. It will lead to further aggravation and maybe even hostility.

If you want the job done right, then go do it yourself. You'll see how it is to be at the receiving end and it will help your set a much better course for improvement.

5. Sending a player to the bench is probably the worse experience a coach has to go through, especially if your player is the top performer. In dealing with this kind of person, see to it that he spills his guts voluntarily.

Egotism in a performer tends to make them lose their focus on even the smallest mistakes, then you can catch him or her red handed. Be firm, but understanding about it.

6. Don't allow your position to blind you from what you are supposed to do. Even coaches are human enough to think that they are far more superior, but only by rank. Even if you have been in their shoes when you were their age, it's better to dole out a piece of wisdom in order for them to realize that this will be for their own benefit.

7. Lastly, you should learn to trust yourself and your team. Decisions and performance are primarily your goals, and there are many of them to see if they could perform the task much more efficiently.

So before you think about sending one member to the bench, have a good chat with him or her and see if they have any problems. If it's too personal, then just encourage them to do their best and it also helps to give them a good, encouraging slap on the back.

I guess there's all there is to it. Being a corporate drone myself, I know how important it is for a company to be successful, and we're all part of that success.

Coaches are there not to make your work a little difficult just because you have either an attitude problem or not much a performer, but they're the guides who will help you perform as hard as you can possibly can. You'll do them proud one of these days, as well as you.

Mike Baker (Michele Sechi Huang) nasce a Pisa il 21 Aprile 1998, da madre cinese e padre sardo. Ha pubblicato sette brani, “Nuvole”, “Abitudine”, “Firenze”, “Agosto”, “Dalla (Gió”, “Home” e “Stupido” quest’ultimo selezionato da Amadeus e dalla commissione tra gli 845 iscritti a Sanremo Giovani per posizionarsi nei 20 semifinalisti in gara per il Festival. Nel giugno 2017 vince il Vocal War di Carrara, sale sul palco del premio Lunezia in qualità di ospite, insieme ad artisti famosi quali Negramaro, Morgan, Bernabei, Vibrazioni e tanti altri. Ha suonato sul palco del Pistoia Blues insieme alla sua band, dopo aver vinto un concorso in Toscana. Nel 2018 e nel 2019 all’interno del programma “Il rosario della sera” di Fiorello su radio Deejay, alcuni brani di Mike sono andati in onda in rotazione, compresi due jingle che Mike ha composto per Fiorello tratti da due suoi brani inediti. A maggio 2019 vince l’Axafortalent di AXAITALIA, guadagnandosi la possibilità di partecipare come ospite alla finale del programma The Voice Of Italy andato in onda su Raidue. A Settembre 2019 entra nei 10 finalisti del festival di Castrocaro in diretta su Raidue in prima serata, presentato da Belen Rodriguez e Stefano De Martino. Tramite Axa Italia, Mike ha avuto la possibilità di suonare sul palco dell Alcatraz di Milano. È arrivato nei 20 semifinalisti di Sanremo Giovani 2019 su ItaliaSì Raiuno.

LUCI BLU “Comete” è il nuovo singolo urban pop del duo composto da Giulia Menta e Marco Ballardin

Il racconto di una caduta e della luce che genera, fra bisogno d’espressione e difesa delle proprie emozioni.

«Anche le stelle per quanto brillanti possono cadere e seppur in picchiata rilasciano una luce molto intensa» Luci Blu.

Con questa frase acquista senso, spietatamente, il gioco di parole fra “Comete” e “Come te”. Nel testo il racconto di una caduta personale che appare come un fallimento molto sofferto. In realtà, così come la Cometa in picchiata rilascia una scia luminosa molto intensa, così anche l'uomo, seppure in caduta, è in grado di illuminare altre strade. Non sempre è facile capire cosa questa luce mostra realmente e ci si può confondere, cedendo alla frustrazione. Altre volte la luce, seppur benefica, non viene percepita dall'occhio di un osservatore distratto e non si prendono in considerazione altre strade o soluzioni perché noi stessi non siamo nella condizione di vedere oltre. Come fossimo "accecati" dal buio.
