Salve,
oggi mi permetto di presentare un libro scritto da uno dei più famosi ristoratori di Roma,

il sig. Bruno Santopadre.

Bruno è figlio d'arte e la sua carriera nella ristorazione, lo ha reso famoso tra i vari personaggi che hanno frequentato il suo "Restaurant"(come letteralmente lo definiva lui) situato in via Collina 18 - Roma,(una traversa di via Veneto di fronte all'Ambasciata Americana).

Ora Bruno è in pensione da qualche anno e così ha potuto trovare il tempo per scrivere e rivivere, la sua carriera professionale condita da vari aneddoti e costellata dai vari personaggi del cielo di Roma.
Il libro si presenta esteticamente snello e piacevole come lo è la sua lettura che appena iniziata è talmente coinvolgente da voler finire tutto il libro in una volta sola.
Lo consiglio vivamente a coloro che vogliono rivivere l'aria di quella Roma semplice, fresca, fragrante e bonacciona che la distingueva dalle città italiane degli anni 50/80, come anche un modo per chi in quegli anni non è mai venuto a Roma, conoscerla nella veste di "paesone" pur essendo la capitale d'Italia.

Ricordi di una Roma che non esiste più.
