Organic Tuscany near Pisa in a bio bed & breakfast

Always available are various kinds of cold meat and salami, as well as cheese from biodynamic agriculture, great to taste and also to look at!
Also unforgettable are the fresh eggs every morning from Ernesto's poultry pen, the friendly neighbour, an organic farmer who takes care of his land and animals with authentic passion and devotion.

The beauties of nature can also be found in the elegant bedrooms of the bed & breakfast in which the guests will find original and beneficial cushions for aromatherapy, made by Carlotta with the many herbs either cultivated or that grow spontaneously in this area.

And after a day spent visiting the nearby Volterra or the surrounding medieval hamlets of Miemo, Lajatico, Capannoli, Terricciola, Peccioli and Palaia... the guests can return to a typical Tuscan dinner in the food & wine club of Podere La Sterza, where also many vegan dishes are available for vegetarians.
