RæstaVinvE è un duo di origini pugliesi composto da Vincenzo Vescera (Vinvè), produttore e cantautore, e Stefano Resta (Ræsta), medico e cantautore polistrumentista. I due debuttano come unica ma biunivoca entità artistica con il progetto discografico di mutuo soccorso “Biancalancia”, che verrà pubblicato nell’autunno del 2020. Il loro sound affonda le radici nell’alternativerock (è possibile riconoscere le influenze di alcuni artisti anglosassoni come Radiohead, Elliott Smith, Grizzly Bear), dando uno sguardo alle atmosfere indie più contemporanee e collegandosi anche ad un pop cantautorale italiano più tradizionale. La didascalia dell’album recita: “Colori a occhi chiusi - Occhio destro”.
“Occhio destro” è una metafora che inquadra questo disco come il primo di una dilogia a cui seguirà un secondo progetto discografico (“l’occhio sinistro”), dal titolo ancora nascosto.
L’occhio destro dell’autore, per ragioni autobiografiche dovute a difficoltà di lettura, attiene alla parte metafisica che non mette a fuoco il concreto e intuisce il divenire. L’occhio sinistro vede più nitido, ma meno lontano, ed è lo sguardo della rabbia sociale.

“Veloce ma delicato,il brano si muove in punta di piedi per descrivere un itinerario, questa volta però, con qualcuno accanto. Il cielo, stavolta, è intento a trattenere il suo sole, e anche la macchina, finita la benzina, non vuole disturbare il momento”.

È stato insignito del Premio Città di Imperia SanLeonardo come Cittadino Emerito, del Premio Anassilaosper la poesia di Reggio Calabria accanto a importanti personalità del mondo culturale internazionale, del Premio per la Cultura e lo Spettacolo nell’ambito del decennale della testata Sanremo News da Pepi Morgia come “Personaggio che ha segnato negli ultimi dieci anni la storia della Riviera Ligure”, della menzione speciale al concorso letterario InediTO nella sezione Testo-Canzone, del Premio Speciale Città di Reggio Calabria Rhegium Julii, e di numerosi altri riconoscimenti nel campo della cultura, dello spettacolo e dello sport.
È regista di vari allestimenti e direttore artistico dello Spazio Calvino di Imperia, del Teatro Tommaso Salvini di Pieve di Teco, del Teatro del Mare presso il Museo Navale di Imperia. Ha ideato e diretto la stagione teatrale di monologhisti “Discorsi Da Solo” e stagioni teatrali, musicali e letterarie come coordinatore delle attività culturali del Dams di Imperia. Nell'ambito della produzione cinematografica, ha diretto la Sezione Internazionale del Videofestival Città di Imperia, ha presieduto la giuria tecnica del Festival di Cortometraggi “Ciak un’Emozione”città di Sanremo, ha organizzato dall’Associazione Matteo Bolla e il festival cinematografico “Smartfest”, ha collaborato al progetto Dark Resurrection di Angelo Licata e con Macaia Film di Simone Gandolfo ed altre realtà produttive. Ha fondato con Fabrizio Noè e Danilo Damagika la Ithil Factory, centro di sperimentazione per la videoripresa.
