Marco Sentieri“Occhi come nuvole” torna con un nuovo singolo il cantautore campano terzo classificato fra le nuove proposte di Sanremo 2020

  

Il brano pop battezza la SWIPe Records, etichetta indipendente fondata da Marco Sentieri assieme al produttore Donato Giovinazzo.

“Occhi come nuvole” racconta il folle amore estivo fra due ragazzi, vissuto in modo intenso e passionale. La bella stagione fa da cornice ideale ma arriva poi l’autunno portando con sé la nostalgia, il ritorno alle proprie abitudini e l’ossessionante desiderio di rivivere i ricordi estivi. La coppia si rincontra per caso in un locale. Lei, combattuta, prova a fuggirgli via. Lui, vincendo il suo orgoglio, la rincorre e le dichiara tutto il suo amore chiedendole di restare.

Musicalmente si tratta di un brano pop dalle sonorità moderne, con un bit che strizza l'occhio agli anni 90', caratterizzato da un riff di tromba dall'inizio alla fine. Proprio come la storia d’amore tra i due ragazzi.

 

La release rappresenta il brano d’esordio dell’etichetta SWIPe Records, fondata da Marco Sentieri e dal suo produttore Donato Giovinazzo. La casa discografica indipendente sta lavorando al prossimo singolo in uscita tra qualche mese e ad un Ep previsto per il 2021.

BIO

Marco Sentieri, nasce a Napoli e cresce Casal di Principe (Albanova) dove vive tutt’ora. All’età di 16 anni si trasferisce a Roma per un paio d’anni, dove fonda la sua prima band “Il Quarto senso”, un quartetto con cui dividerà l’emozione di classificarsi ai primi posti del “Sanremo Rock Giovani”. Dopo questa esperienza lascia il gruppo per avventurarsi nella carriera da solista. Dagli anni 2000 apre i concerti di Clementino, Gemelli Diversi, Rocco Hunt, Moreno, Neri per Caso, Gianni Nazzaro, Tony Tammaro, Mario Trevi. Il cantautore vince poi nel 2016 due festival internazionali in Romania: “George Grigoriu” e “Dan Spataru”. Nel mezzo la partecipazione ad X-Factor Romania che vede l’arrivo di Marco ai bootcamp. A settembre 2015, Sentieri, alla ricerca di nuovi stimoli, lascia la band con la quale ha collaborato per circa 10 anni e si catapulta in una nuova avventura: un progetto da solista con brani inediti che vede coinvolto l’amico/collega Paolo. In questo modo nasce la collaborazione con i “Pilla”, Nicola ed Alessandro, che insieme a Paolo formeranno i “Due Quarti”, i musicisti ufficiali di Marco Sentieri. La loro collaborazione li vede coinvolti per cinque anni in circa 500 live tra locali e piazze del centro-sud. Nel 2016 partecipano, con l’inedito “LA NUOVA GENERAZIONE”, al contest nazionale “Tour Music Fest”, qualificandosi sesti a un passo dalle finali tra migliaia di band. Nel 2017 accedono alle semifinali nazionali del “Festival Show”. Non centrano la finale ma il riscontro tra il pubblico e le band concorrenti è più che positivo. Sempre nel 2017 il video de “LA NUOVA GENERAZIONE” e tra i cinque social clip finalisti del concorso internazionale del cortometraggio “TULIPANI DI SETA NERA”.

Nel 2018 Marco si concentra con la sua band solo sui concerti live, girando tutta l'Italia e toccando varie tappe europee come Germania Svizzera e Romania. Riscuote in questo periodo tanto successo mediatico, anche attraverso i social. A fine 2018 è la volta del pezzo “WE ARE ALBANOVA”, l'inno scritto per la squadra di calcio della sua città Casal di Principe, che verrà poi pubblicato a gennaio 2019. Nell’ estate del 2019 esce il nuovo singolo “AVVOLGIMI”, presentato in Romania sulle reti nazionali, oltre che in Italia. A metà ottobre Marco è nei 60 finalisti di Sanremo Giovani. A novembre si esibisce al Teatro delle Vittorie a Roma aggiudicandosi un posto nella finale di Sanremo Giovani. Il 19 dicembre l’artista si gioca la finale in prima serata su Rai 1, vince e si guadagna il pass per Sanremo 2020 con la sua “BILLY BLU”, un inno contro il bullismo. A febbraio 2020 il cantautore si classifica terzo nella categoria Nuove Proposte. A ottobre 2020 esce per l’etichetta SWIPe Records da lui co-fondata, il nuovo singolo “OCCHI COME NUVOLE”, disponibile in radio e su tutte le piattaforme digitali.

Messa di Requiem in memory of the great M° Silvio Eupani

 
 

It's so sad, Maestro Silvio Eupani has left us last 2nd of March 2020. 

The Funeral could not take place, nor a public Church service in his tribute, since, on the day foreseen the Anti-Covid restrictions on social dinstancing decided by the Italian Government effectively begun. 

Finally, tomorrow, October 2, there will be the public religious Mass in the Cathedral of Malo (Vicenza) at 7 p.m.

As definitelly deserved, being M° Eupani also a lyric tenor in international career for 30 years, it will be a sung Requiem holy service with the extraordinary participation of the prestigious choir "I cantori di Santomio" where, in his green days, M° Silvio Eupani had been the soloist with his unrivalled tenor voice. 

In the mid-Seventies his amazing voice was then discovered by M° Mario Del Monaco, who become his mentor and encouraged him to definitelly & deservedly undertake the professional operatic career as protagonist tenor in the classic lyric operas, especially by Verdi, Puccini, Donizetti and also Bellini, Bizet, Leoncavallo, Giordano. 

He succeeded in performing 25 different operas in almost same number of Countries in some of the most important worldwide Opera Theatres. His warm potent and technically flawless voice will remain in the Olympus of the best Tenor Voices of all times. 

His studies, historical researches and multi-prized books (the volume of 500 pages entitled "Da Quarto dei Mille al Pasubio al Fiume Don - Epopea di Malo" won 10 national Prizes for literature) on Italian Motherland patriotic history will witness the heritage of Memory, will feed the knowledge of the nowaday young generations as of the future ones. His courage and his generous humanitarian help in many social fields will remain unforgotten with much gratitude and deep appreciation in our hearts & souls. 

I want to just add a conclusive thought: with great huge courage he has been fighting against the desease in his bed of a ward for 2 months & could defeat the sepsis infection to succeed to be dismissed and return back home to his beloved wife Caterina to live with her his last 15 days. The desease was then fatal but, luckily, he could rejoin for a last farewell his wife, who is impaired from walking and could not visit him in the hospital.

Thank you Maestro Silvio Eupani. RIP  

In these times, there has been no big consolation. However, with the co-operation of his major daughter Angela, during these desperate months, we have carried out a music videos playlist with some of his best opera arias & romanzas. A little project that I had begun with the agreement of M° Eupani 8 years ago. The playlist is in progress & will be enriched by future new additional videos with his former recordings and our new editing & montage.

The internal factors – related strictly to our own persons (priorities and objectives that change, the lack of a daily working plan, lack of self imposed deadlines, the tendency to take care of too many things at the same time, disorder, lateness in resolving the conflicts, incapacity of saying no, lack of decision, tiredness).

By reading the above enumeration, you probably pictured recalled all the similar situations that you went through. Now, all you have to do is to find a way to defeat and eliminate them, so that you can be the mater of your own time again.

Here are three possible ways in which you can do that:

Get used to write everything down. It is useful, especially if you have a bad memory. Otherwise you might fail to remember to go to important meetings, to make important phone calls, to answer messages you promised you would answer.

You can also write down great ideas and inspirations that occur to you in the most unexpected moments.

Make a list of priorities. It takes you very little time to draw it and you can even do it while you’re having your morning coffee. Write down, the things you need to do that day, in the order of their importance and urgency.

Learn to say no. One big mistake that a lot of us make is that we put other people’s problems in front of ours. Nevertheless, by helping them in a bad moment for us, we give rise to frustration, stress and we find ourselves unable to respect previous engagements.

This concept started in 1980s when most of the companies started handling the stocking and distribution issues and started compensating all the individuals involved. Multi-level marketing is a business model where salespersons like sales consultants, distributors, and even franchise owners and independent owners work in harmony to increase the sales of the product, on commission basis.

This is more like a franchise arrangement where the sales of the product depend on the combined effort of each franchise and regional manager. There are multiple levels of people receiving commission. Usually there are seven or more levels. Multilevel marketing is basically a combination of franchise and direct marketing.

This increased the interest of each member in promoting sales due to the chance of earning bonuses and since then the Multilevel Marketing companies have taken the responsibility of taking orders, shipping goods, and paying revenue. Things became easier with the transition to Internet. Product promotion, advertising and sales were made online and hence, the whole process began to be known as online MLM.

There are various MLM compensations plans. According to the uni-level or stairway breakaway plans there are two types of distributors involved managers and non-managers. According to the matrix plans, the width of each level in a distributor’s group is regulated. In binary plans, the limit of each level’s width has two legs. Commission was paid when both the legs reached a specific target. In elevator scheme, the distributors pay splits after a certain number of units have been paid.

The commissions are paid in two ways, the first says that the commission is paid only if the product is sold and the second one involves paying commission even if the customer just signed-up, it doesn’t require the customer to buy anything. Because of the second method illegitimate MLM or illegal pyramid started to arise. The intermediate members used to make proxy customer sign-ups to receive commission and they used to tempt the participant to buy more products than they can be sold. But as most of these businesses present themselves as legal, precautions must be taken. It is better to approach businesses that follow the first method of commission, where it’s compulsory to make a sale and not just recruiting a customer. Here money isn’t paid for customer sign-up at all. MLM marketing is being practiced all over the United States and in hundreds of other countries.

In 1979, Amway Corporation was accused of price fixing. They exaggerated sales claims, while their distributors sold the products at a minimum price. After that, FTC warned all multi-level companies whose commission was based on recruiting and not sales. In 2006, all the business sellers including MLM organizations were asked to provide customers with thorough information, according to the Business Opportunity Rule introduced by the Federal Trade Commission, so as to save them from deception. Before that many motivating programs were started which hid the truth. Such programs were known as cult programs.

Laws have been made stronger. As a measure, pyramid scheme is banned in most of the countries. All the newly hired salespeople have to bare the cost of initial training and material. They even have to buy a big amount of inventory. To test the legality of MLM marketing, the 70% rule is being implemented. The members are stopped from over-loading so as to increase their commission. Only when seventy percent of the inventory is sold, order can be made for new material.
