Emilio Nesci è KOMA, artista classe 1984 di Reggio Emilia. Muove i suoi primi passi nella scrittura già all'età di 14 anni, dove inizia a frequentare le prime Jam e i primi contest di freestyle. Nel 2006 decide di allontanarsi dal genere rap per intraprendere un percorso artistico differente, iniziando a cantare come voce solista in varie band locali (Skid Raw e altri) con le quali ha prodotto 3 dischi.

Miles to go è un progetto del gruppo italiano Carovana Tabù insieme a Fabrizio Bosso.

L’obiettivo è quello di portare al pubblico la musica di Miles Davis in nuova veste, attraverso una suite composta da sette arrangiamenti originali di celebri brani di Davis e tre brani inediti, ispirati ad omonimi quadri dell’artista.

Le sonorità di ogni brano traggono spunto dallo studio e dalla riscoperta dei vari periodi della musica di Miles Davis, a cui si aggiungono elementi stilistici, formali, armonici e ritmici caratteristici della musica classica e contemporanea, con particolari riferimenti a Bach, Hindemith, Stravinskij, Ravel, Debussy, Morten Lauridsen e Astor Piazzolla.

Il progetto incrocia la tromba solista di Fabrizio Bosso, col sound jazz/funk/pop dei Carovana Tabù e il live electronics.

Theo e Giancarlo sono tornati a scrivere testi e musica della loro nuova produzione che attinge da un cassetto in cui, troppo a lungo, sono rimaste bozze e idee di un progetto musicale costantemente rimandato. Nonostante un’intensa attività in studio presso lo “Gne Records” al lavoro per altri artisti, il duo ha trovato solo ora la motivazione giusta per riprendere in mano il proprio percorso artistico. 

Nel nuovo album in lavorazione ci saranno pezzi hip hop, rock e dance. 

Il video di Uni Verso è stato girato appositamente in un locale che richiama lo stile USA degli anni ‘60 dal regista Mauro Cartapani.

Nel 2003 Giancarlo Prandelli incontra Matteo Sainaghi, in arte Theo e da subito si crea un magico feeling che li porta a formare i Giantheo. 

Praticamente esordienti partecipano alla trasmissione «le Iene» su Italia1 ed entrano con il brano Tortuga nella compilations Cantatù vol.6 e Superestate latina. Vincono il Festivalshow e partecipano in tutta Italia a trasmissioni televisive e festival. 

Sono protagonisti del tour di Rtl 102.5 e ospiti del tour di Sanremo giovani. 

Terminato questo periodo entrambi si dedicano a una serie di progetti paralleli. In particolare Giancarlo Prandelli, cantante, compositore, autore, artista, polistrumentista, arrangiatore, audio engineer, programmatore e produttore discografico italiano, realizza innumerevoli produzioni e collaborazioni per artisti, tra i quali Laura Pausini, Mina, Omar Pedrini, Fausto Leali, Laura Abela, Michela Coppa, Nina Morić, Blanco, e tanti altri. 

È figlio di Sergio Prandelli (già figlio del musicista Andrea Prandelli) e rappresenta tre generazioni di musicisti e produttori. 

Theo compone brani rap sin dalla fine degli anni 80, ma coltiva contemporaneamente la sua passione sportiva diventando personal trainer e laureandosi in Fisioterapia e scienze motorie. Diventa presidente e fondatore della GDM, acronimo di Ginnastica Dinamica Militare Italiana ed è autore del libro «Intelligenza Motoria».  

Negli anni ‘90 crea, insieme a Michel Altieri il Gruppo Trendist Attitude, che li porta a lavorare come performer nei migliori club Italiani ed esteri del periodo.

Dopo questa pausa i due decidono di riformare i Giantheo pubblicando un primo singolo dal titolo Conchiglie a cui segue Catene. Questo secondo brano in particolare nasce da un idea di Theo ed è ispirato al progetto della GDM Italiana. Il 6 maggio esce Uni Verso che precede l’album in uscita a settembre.
