OZ499: COUNTDOWN FOR THE FIRST SPORT-DESIGN COLLECTION

On Monday 12th of May 2008 started the countdown for OZ499, a new generation’s model of hi-tech creations for sport, with a DNA that raise them up as design icons.

Result of the synergy between OZ – world leader in the field of light alloy wheels – and Carlesso, bike-industry company from northeastern Italy, OZ499 is a joint effort outcome on a research for new materials and technologies. This project was launched last autumn and will be completed next August with the presentation of the first example.

“A world-beating creation – declared the managers of the two companies - an extraordinary fusion of art and sport that will talk the language of a new modernity not only to sportsmen but also and above all to enthusiasts, collectors and sector’s lovers”.

The web address is already operative, with a big countdown that shows how much time is missing until the release of the temporary web site. And those who would like to be up-to-date about the event will be able to get news preview just registering on the apposite on line form.
