Breton's recently released ContourFive NC 700, is specifically engineered to machine complex 3D workpieces.
ContourFive NC 700 is a CNC shaping, contouring, cutting and turning centre with five interpolated axes and a fixed worktable, that offers users the possibility of performing multiple and complex machining operations which would otherwise require multiple machines, making the following operations possible:
- sawing of slabs and small blocks into workpieces utilising the saw blade
- shaping of either large or small blocks utilising the saw blade to get large pieces with complex shape, such as capitals, banisters, tanks, fireplace components, etc.
- shaping and dishing out utilising millers to get shower trays, sinks, vases, bas-reliefs, engravings, etc.
- contouring utilising shaped tools to produce statues, kitchen tops, tombstones, components for funerary art, etc.
- turning of columns with shaped profiles or machining of columns to create a twisted effect all along the surface

ContourFive NC 700 features, characteristics, and capacities ideal for 3d performance:
- mobile bridge structure enabling an excellent access to the worktop
- short beam ensuring top rigidity
- "rapid" movements of up to 1,575 ipm
- high-frequency spindle with 26.8 Hp and 14.500 rpm, which can be tilted and rotated in the space along the 5 axes and automatically controls a saw blade with max. diameter of 20”.

- "C" axis rotation: 200°
- "A" axis rotation: from 0 to +115°
- "X" axis travel: 146”
- "Y" axis travel: 110”

- Possibility of working with saw blades, shaped tools, drills and millers.
- Mobile carrousel-type tool-store with 27 cells + 1 (optional) cell for the saw blade
- Lathe (optional) for machining columns, capitals and other cylindrical works.
