Camping Trasimeno: Camping Eden Park

Born in 1979, thanks to the passion and determination of Frisco and Anna, and now maintained by Pino and Laura, Camping Eden Park is located in a natural oasis ,within one of the most beautiful corners of the Park of Lake Trasimeno.

Its location combined with the tranquility of the place, make it the preferred choise for those wishing to spend a pleasant and relaxing stay; moreover the proximity to major regional arterial road, the E45 connecting road, allows covenient access to the main historical, artistic and shopping centers of Umbria and the nearby Tuscany.

The camping can be defined as type "rural"; this does not mean that the management does not provide all types of services that require this type of holiday; from 42 parking space (each with electric hook-ups) 40 square meters each, designed to accommodate campers, caravans and tents and green spaces used to relax yourself.
The pine forest that provides shade around the campground, especially on hot summer days, gives a pleasant relief as well as the bar with its wide porch , ideal for those who want to spend the time playing cards or board games or playing endless and exciting games with the table-football.

In addition to the entertainment, the bar has its own efficent service of mini-market and a refrigerator box. The family,always paying attention to every detail, has recently renewed its sevices, by installing new shower boxes and bathrooms.

Besides enjoying the sight that the sunset over the lake is able to offer, it's possible to organize barbecue on the beach in the evening ( you can ask to the management for a barbecue if you don't have one with you) and then taking advantages of the cool summer evening, enjoy a relaxing lakeside walk, on foot or by bike, perhaps sipping a cool and delicius ice-cream.

In collaboration with an agency of a nearby resort, the management may provide, on request, a convenient service of renting; it's possible to rent scooter, mountain and city bike, and this year even “segway”, the confortable and environmentally mean of transportation with two-wheeled ( it works on battery); we suggest to the clients charming itineraries in the area,facilitated by the natural beauty of the lakeside villages.

Who does not want to give up own dogs friends, can bring it with him in camp: we accept animals without barring anyone from the camping on condition that the rules in force have to be respect; moreover the management provides an enclosed area where animals can be leave in for a whole day allowing the owners to partecipate in excursions that are prohibited to animals.
