Il primo sito web della storia di internet

30 aprile 1993 – 30 aprile 2013: sono trascorsi vent’anni dall’implementazione del World Wide Web (www o w3)  a cura del fisico britannico Tim Berners-Lee (ricercatore del CERN) che aprì le sconfinate porte della rete agli utenti di tutto il mondo, pubblicando in chiaro il suo sito e mettendo online i codici sorgenti delle sue sperimentazioni.
Per l’esattezza, l’invenzione del web risale al 6 agosto 1991, giorno in cui Berners-Lee mise on-line su Internet, solo per la comunità scientifica il primo sito web (poi reso pubblico appunto il 30.04.1993) che è stato proprio in questi giorni restaurato e messo online. Da allora, come è ben noto, i passi in avanti sono stati ciclopici. Netcraft.com a febbraio scorso ha calcolato che ci sono in rete 155.583.825 siti web presenti in rete.
